Terms of Use & Copyright

The contents of this site — including all sculpture, paintings, photographs, design renderings, written copy, and the visual presentation itself — are the original copyrighted work of Ralph Remo Russo, doing business as Amoire, Toronto, Canada. The terms below summarize how this material may and may not be used.

1 · Ownership & Reservation of Rights

All artwork, photographs, and written content on amoire.com (the “Site”) are © 2026 Ralph Remo Russo. All rights reserved. No assignment, transfer, or licence of any intellectual-property right is granted by your access to or use of the Site. Moral rights, including the right of attribution and the right of integrity, are expressly asserted under the Copyright Act (Canada) and the Berne Convention.

2 · Permitted Use

You may, without prior written permission:

  • view the Site on a personal device for non-commercial reference;
  • print or save a single copy of any single page for your own private, non-commercial use; and
  • share a hyperlink to a public page of the Site, provided the link does not falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

3 · Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from the artist, you may not:

  • reproduce, copy, scrape, mirror, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any image, text, design, or other content from the Site;
  • use any image of an Amoire artwork to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning, generative-AI, or computer-vision systems (this site is hereby designated opted out of such use);
  • create derivative works — including imitations in another medium, reproductions in different scale, or AI-generated derivatives — based on any Amoire artwork or its photographs;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, signature, attribution, watermark, or embedded metadata.

4 · Licensing & Commissions

Reproduction rights, editorial usage, exhibition loans, and commissioned derivative works are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Direct licensing enquiries to rrusso@amoire.ca with the proposed use, distribution, and territory.

5 · Takedown / Infringement Notices

If you believe your own work has been posted on this site in error, or if you wish to report an unauthorized reproduction of an Amoire work elsewhere, contact rrusso@amoire.ca with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact information. We respond to good-faith notices promptly.

6 · Trademarks

“Amoire,” the Amoire wordmark, and the names of artwork series including but not limited to Power of a Pose, Moire Water, Magnetic Forces, and NUTZ are unregistered trademarks of Ralph Remo Russo. Use of these names in commerce, in metadata, or in domain names without written consent is prohibited.

7 · No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is.” Specifications, dimensions, lead times, and pricing references shown are for general guidance and do not constitute an offer to sell or a binding quotation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ralph Remo Russo and Amoire disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8 · Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9 · Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be summarized in a brief notice on this page for thirty days following publication.
